Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty (return costs excluded).

This right applies to ALL items, including those bought on promotion, on sale or on pre-order.

If the period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

How do I return an item?

1. Notify us of your decision at shop@sidearts.fr with your order number, either by free-form email or using the model withdrawal form (at the bottom of this page).

2. Send the item back within 14 days of your notification to: ALL OF WEAR, 81 rue d'Alsace Lorraine, 31000 Toulouse, France.

3. The product must be returned:
- in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered,
- with its original tags attached,
- in its original packaging,
- together with the order number.

Any item returned incomplete, damaged, worn, washed or soiled may be subject to a reduced refund or a refusal of refund.

Return costs

Return costs are paid by the customer, except in the case of a defective or non-conforming product or an error on our part.

Refund

The refund is made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of your return (or of proof of shipment, whichever comes first), using the same payment method as the one used for the order, unless you expressly agree to another method.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. made-to-measure pieces, custom embroidery);
- goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear, swimwear whose hygiene seal has been removed).

These exceptions are clearly indicated on the relevant product page before purchase.

Defective or non-conforming items

Independently of the right of withdrawal, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years, Art. L.217-3 French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Art. 1641 French Civil Code). See Article 8 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

In the event of a defect, contact us at shop@sidearts.fr as soon as you notice it, with photos. The legal guarantee of conformity applies for 2 years from delivery of the product. Return costs are then paid by us.
