General terms of use of the site and the services offered

Use of the site sidearts.fr implies full acceptance of the general terms of use described below. These terms of use may be modified or supplemented at any time; users are therefore invited to consult them regularly.

The site is normally accessible to users at all times. Side Arts may, however, decide to interrupt it for technical maintenance, in which case it will endeavour to inform users of the dates and times of the intervention beforehand.

The site www.sidearts.fr is updated regularly. Likewise, the legal notice may be modified at any time; it is nevertheless binding on users, who are invited to refer to it as often as possible.

Protection of personal data

Side Arts collects information (personal data) about you when you create your Customer Account: surname, first name, email address, postal address, date of birth, telephone number.
This information allows us to identify you, offer you personalised services, track your purchases and shipments, and check that you have the capacity to contract. This data is not passed on to third parties but may be used solely to send you exclusive information and promotional offers from Side Arts, from which you can unsubscribe at any time. Only our company receives the information you provide, unless you authorise otherwise. Side Arts' policy is not to transfer its customers' data and it is therefore the sole recipient of the data you send us. We are committed to ensuring the security of personal data through strict procedures within our company. For data collected online, communications on the customer side are encrypted between the user's device and our servers (secure HTTPS zone). We undertake to use all means at our disposal to protect your personal data.

Intellectual property

Side Arts owns the intellectual property rights or holds the rights of use for all elements accessible on the site, including texts, images, graphics, logo, icons, sounds and software.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, by any means or process, is prohibited.

Any unauthorised use of the site or of any of the elements it contains will be considered an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Limitation of liability

Side Arts cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage caused to the user's equipment when accessing the site www.sidearts.fr.

Arno Campi cannot be held liable for indirect damage (such as loss of business or loss of opportunity) resulting from the use of the site www.sidearts.fr.

Interactive areas (the possibility to ask questions in the contact area) are available to users. Side Arts reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted in this area that breaches the legislation applicable in France, in particular the provisions on data protection. Where appropriate, Side Arts also reserves the right to hold the user civilly and/or criminally liable, in particular for racist, abusive, defamatory or pornographic messages, whatever the medium used (text, photograph…).

Management of personal data

In France, personal data is protected in particular by Law No. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, Law No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, Article L.226-13 of the French Criminal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

When using the site www.sidearts.fr, the following may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the site www.sidearts.fr, the user's internet service provider, and the user's Internet Protocol (IP) address.

In any event, Side Arts only collects personal information about the user as required for certain services offered by the site. The user provides this information knowingly, in particular when entering it themselves. The user is then told whether or not providing this information is mandatory.

In accordance with Articles 38 et seq. of Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, files and freedoms, every user has a right of access, rectification and objection regarding their personal data, by sending a written and signed request with a copy of an identity document bearing the holder's signature and stating the address to which the reply should be sent.

No personal information about users of the site www.sidearts.fr is published without their knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any medium to third parties. Only the acquisition of Side Arts and its rights would allow this information to be passed on to the potential acquirer, who would in turn be bound by the same obligation to store and modify the data with respect to users of the site www.sidearts.fr.

The site www.sidearts.fr contains a number of hyperlinks to other sites, set up with the authorisation of Side Arts. However, Side Arts cannot check the content of the sites visited in this way and therefore accepts no liability in this respect.

In Internet Explorer: Tools tab (gear icon at the top right) / Internet options. Click Privacy and choose Block all cookies. Confirm with OK.

In Chrome: click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) at the top right of the browser. Select Settings. Click Show advanced settings. In the “Privacy” section, click Preferences. In the “Privacy” tab, you can block cookies.

Databases are protected by the provisions of the Law of 1 July 1998 transposing Directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to the use of the site www.sidearts.fr is subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Paris.
